- We do not accept returns for used products, including cosmetics, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is missing or damaged upon delivery.
- Any claim regarding missing or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are only processed for missing or damaged items.
- Once your return claim is verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

4. Shipping Charges for Returns
For approved returns, Typomart will cover any shipping charges related to damaged or missing products. Shipping charges for other types of returns are not applicable as only defective or missing items qualify.
